Accessibility

Last updated: June 22, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Square Off. This statement explains the accessibility standards we work toward, what we are doing, and how to tell us about any barrier you encounter so we can fix it.

Our commitment

We are committed to making the Platform usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, speech-recognition software, and keyboard navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat barriers people report as issues to fix.

Standards we aim for

We aim to align our work with internationally recognized guidelines, including:

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA;
  • the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and
  • EN 301 549, the European accessibility standard.

These are the targets we design and build toward. We do not claim full conformance at all times, and we describe known gaps below.

What we are doing

  • Compatibility — building the Platform to work with current assistive technologies and keyboard navigation.
  • Accessible content — providing text alternatives for non-text content, using clear heading and link structure, and working toward sufficient color contrast and resizable text.
  • Avoiding harm — avoiding content patterns that can trigger seizures.
  • Testing — reviewing the experience over time using a mix of manual and automated checks, and addressing barriers we find.

Known limitations

Square Off is evolving quickly, and some parts of the Platform may not yet fully meet the standards above. We are working to close these gaps and welcome reports that help us prioritize.
